What happens if it rains?
Outdoor sessions move to the next open date at no cost, or into the studio if you'd rather keep the day.
Can I bring extra people or pets?
Yes. Family sessions cover up to 8 people; each extra person is $20. Pets are welcome on outdoor sessions.
Is the retainer refundable?
It moves with you if you reschedule at least 48 hours ahead. Inside 48 hours it's non-refundable.
How many photos do I get?
Each session lists its edited images up front, and you choose them from a full proof gallery. Want more? Extra images are $15 each, or unlock the whole gallery for $99.
What is the difference between edited and retouched?
Edited images get color, light and crop. Retouched images (headshots and branding) also get skin, stray-hair and detail cleanup, and include one round of changes.
What should we wear?
Coordinating, not matching. Two or three colors in soft tones photograph best. Your prep guide includes a full outfit board.
Do you do in-home newborn sessions?
Yes. Newborn Mini and Full sessions can be in your home or in the studio, baby-led and relaxed.
Do you photograph weddings outside Chicago?
Yes. Weddings within 50 miles of downtown Chicago are included. Farther than that, we add travel at cost and quote it before you book.
How does the podcast membership work?
$749 a month gets you four 2-hour recording sessions, 2 fully edited episodes, 8 short clips for social, and the raw files from every session. Need another edited episode? Add one for $179. It renews monthly and you can cancel before your next billing date.
Can I rent the studio for my own clients?
Yes. Studio hire is $75/hr on weekdays before 5pm and $95/hr evenings and weekends, with backdrops, stands and strobes included.
